One account can be both a candidate and an employer: you switch role inside the app.

For candidates Looking for work

  • Sign in with your phone number and build a profile: occupation, skills, languages, experience, expected pay.
  • No CV required — search works on the profile itself.
  • Search vacancies by region, occupation and pay, and apply.
  • Follow your application through its stages and message the employer inside the app.

For employers Looking to hire

  • Register as a company or an individual, and pass verification.
  • Post vacancies — the form adapts to the kind of work.
  • Search candidates by occupation, skills, region and pay.
  • Invite candidates to interview and move applications through stages.

    When employers search for candidates, a phone number is never shown.

  • Employers are verified

    An employer passes verification after registering. Verified employers carry a “Verified” badge.

  • Report and block

    You can report a suspicious vacancy or message, and block the other person in a chat. Moderators review every report.

  • Four language variants

    The app works in Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic), Russian and English.
